The logistics LEARN Games are game simulations in which the participants gain insight into logistics processes and operational management.
As a participant you are an employee or a manager in a certain department of a production organization that makes LEGO towers on behalf of the customer.
The roles in the logistics games are subdivided into departments. As a result, multiple roles are available in each department.
For example, there are the managers, the assistant managers and the employees in the warehouse department. But also the production manager and the production staff in the production departments.
The aim of the logistics games is to improve cooperation in business processes in a fairly complex set of people.
So you have to work together to turn sales in this game. Otherwise, processes get stuck. The winner is the one with the most revenue.
The Logistics LEARN Games
The LEARN Games come in different variants. Each variant offers its own learning material. It is not mandatory to start or end with a certain version. The games can therefore be used as individual game simulations, but also as an educational program.
The duration of a game simulation is approximately 1.5 to 3 hours. Variable times are available for educational programs and can even be tailor-made.
To discuss the possibilities, you can contact us .
