The game
The logistics LEARN Games are role-playing simulations in which the participants gain insight into logistics processes and operational management.
As a participant you are an employee or a manager in a certain department of a production organization that makes LEGO towers on behalf of the customer.
These games are available in both an analog version and a digital variant.
The roles
The roles in the logistics games are subdivided into departments. As a result, multiple roles are available in each department.For example, there are the managers, the assistant managers and the employees in the warehouse department. But also the production manager and the production staff in the production departments.The objective
The aim of the logistics games is to improve cooperation in business processes in a fairly complex set of people.So you have to work together to turn sales in this game. Otherwise, processes get stuck. The winner is the one with the most revenue.

The Logistics Game (Silver)
Silver
The logistics game (silver) In the silver version, production planning and cash flows are added in addition to the basic elements. And you learn to make a profit and loss account with cost prices and balance sheet.
The logistics game (gold)
Gold
In the Gold version, in addition to the basic elements and the added silver elements, you learn to deal with a flexible process, a decentralized purchasing process and a customer order decoupling point. Supported with the associated business administration.
The Lump Sum Game
Budget
